Refund policy
EXCHANGE POLICY — NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
Belle Robe Boutique Effective Date: May 6, 2026
1. GENERAL EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. Belle Robe Boutique does not accept returns and does not issue refunds under any circumstances. The sole remedy available to the Customer in connection with any eligible claim shall be a product exchange, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. By completing a purchase, the Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to Belle Robe Boutique's Exchange-Only Policy.
2. EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for an exchange, the Customer must submit a written exchange request to our Contact page on the website within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted after this period shall be deemed waived and forfeited. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of return shipment:
- (a) The item must be in its original, unaltered condition — unworn, unused, and unmodified;
- (b) All original tags must remain attached and intact;
- (c) The item must be enclosed in its original packaging; and
- (d) The Customer must present valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
Failure to meet any of the foregoing conditions shall render the exchange request null and void.
3. EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
Upon approval of an exchange request, Belle Robe Boutique shall issue a shipping label and written instructions for returning the original item. The Customer must ship the item in accordance with said instructions. Items returned to Belle Robe Boutique without prior written authorization shall be refused and returned to sender at the Customer's expense. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, and subject to verification of eligibility, Belle Robe Boutique shall process the exchange for an item of equal or lesser value, or issue store credit for the difference. No monetary refund shall be issued under any circumstances.
4. INSPECTION UPON RECEIPT — DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
The Customer is solely responsible for inspecting all items immediately upon delivery. In the event that an item is received in a defective or damaged condition, or if an incorrect item has been delivered, the Customer must notify Belle Robe Boutique in writing at Contact page within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence and a written description of the issue. Failure to notify Belle Robe Boutique within said period shall constitute acceptance of the item as delivered, and no exchange shall be permitted on such basis thereafter. Approved claims under this section shall be resolved exclusively through product exchange or store credit — no cash or payment refunds shall be issued.
5. NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
The following categories of items are expressly excluded from Belle Robe Boutique's Exchange Policy and are sold strictly on a final-sale, as-is basis with no recourse:
- (a) Perishable goods, including but not limited to food, flowers, and live plants;
- (b) Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products;
- (c) Personal care and hygiene products, including beauty and grooming items;
- (d) Hazardous materials, flammable substances, and compressed gases;
- (e) Items purchased on sale, markdown, or promotional discount; and
- (f) Gift cards and store credit instruments.
6. DISCLAIMER OF REFUNDS
BELLE ROBE BOUTIQUE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY OBLIGATION TO ISSUE MONETARY REFUNDS, PARTIAL REFUNDS, CREDITS TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHODS, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF CASH COMPENSATION. THE CUSTOMER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY PRODUCT CONCERN SHALL BE A PRODUCT EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT, AS DETERMINED AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF BELLE ROBE BOUTIQUE.
7. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTION
This Exchange Policy applies exclusively to purchases made and delivered within Belle Robe Boutique's approved shipping territories. Belle Robe Boutique does not ship to or service orders destined for the European Union or any jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer protection laws conflict with this Exchange-Only Policy. Any order placed in circumvention of this geographic restriction shall be subject to cancellation at Belle Robe Boutique's sole discretion.
8. GOVERNING COMPLIANCE & CONTACT
For all exchange-related inquiries, the Customer may contact Belle Robe Boutique the Contact Page on the website.
Belle Robe Boutique reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the Customer's transaction.
