SHIPPING POLICY
Belle Robe Boutique Effective Date: May 6, 2026
1. OVERVIEW
Belle Robe Boutique is committed to delivering your order in a timely, secure, and reliable manner. By placing an order with Belle Robe Boutique, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Shipping Policy. Belle Robe Boutique reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice; the policy in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the Customer's transaction.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Belle Robe Boutique ships exclusively within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to international destinations, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or freight forwarding addresses. Orders placed with a shipping address outside of our approved shipping zones shall be subject to cancellation at Belle Robe Boutique's sole discretion, and the Customer shall be notified accordingly.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are subject to a processing period of one (1) to two (2) business days from the date and time of order confirmation, during which the order is verified, prepared, and dispatched to the designated carrier. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federally recognized public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. Belle Robe Boutique shall not be held liable for delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate shipping information provided by the Customer at the time of purchase.
4. SHIPPING OPTIONS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Belle Robe Boutique offers the following shipping methods at checkout. All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Belle Robe Boutique does not guarantee delivery dates and shall not be held responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery destination, and will be displayed in full at checkout prior to order confirmation.
5. FREE SHIPPING
Belle Robe Boutique offers complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders with a pre-tax merchandise subtotal of one hundred dollars ($100.00) or more. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout upon meeting the qualifying threshold. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only and does not apply to express or expedited shipping upgrades. Belle Robe Boutique reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free shipping threshold at any time without prior notice.
6. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Upon dispatch of the Customer's order, Belle Robe Boutique shall provide a shipment confirmation via the email address on file, inclusive of a carrier tracking number. The Customer is solely responsible for monitoring the status of their shipment using the provided tracking information. Belle Robe Boutique shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages occurring after the order has been transferred to the designated carrier.
7. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES & INCORRECT ADDRESS
The Customer bears full responsibility for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and current. In the event that a package is returned to Belle Robe Boutique as undeliverable due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unrecognized address, the Customer will be contacted via email. Re-shipment of returned packages shall be subject to additional shipping fees payable by the Customer. Belle Robe Boutique shall not issue refunds for orders that are undeliverable due to Customer error.
8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Belle Robe Boutique shall not be held liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. In such cases, the Customer is advised to: (a) verify the delivery location and check with neighbors or building management; (b) contact the carrier directly to file a claim using the provided tracking number; and (c) notify Belle Robe Boutique Contact page on the website so that we may assist in facilitating a carrier investigation to the extent possible. Belle Robe Boutique will make reasonable efforts to assist the Customer but cannot guarantee resolution or replacement in cases of confirmed carrier delivery.
9. DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the event that a package arrives visibly damaged, the Customer must: (a) document the damage with photographs prior to or upon opening the package; and (b) notify Belle Robe Boutique on Contact page on the website within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Failure to report damages within this window shall constitute acceptance of the shipment in its received condition. Eligible damage claims shall be handled in accordance with Belle Robe Boutique's Exchange Policy.
10. CARRIER DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE
Belle Robe Boutique makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding shipping or delivery timeframes. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith based on carrier guidelines and are not guaranteed. Belle Robe Boutique shall not be held liable for delays caused by carrier disruptions, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, labor strikes, governmental actions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
